The announcement that IBM has received approval for mortgage originations could be bigger news than many might first imagine. This could be the entrance of mortgage as a service (MaaS) taken from the lessons of SaaS.

Apparently not, but LowerMyBills mortgage advertising seems to imply just that. Personally, I do not think this egregious as advertising creatives often push the envelope a bit. However, I do think that it signals a greater problem within the Experian/LowerMyBills organization: stretching the advertising voice and message to satisfy shear volume.
