This legal question over the ownership of openly observable and collectible baseball statistics is a larger issue of free markets. How can MLB and the players association possibly own their statistics. This will deflate a growing multi-billion dollar fantasy baseball market and re-route it back into a monopoly.

Somehow I managed to auto-draft Bonds in the 9th round. He will probably be the bane of my fantasy season.
