There’s also an interesting chart that goes Nielsen provides showing Internet Advertising is grown (spend increased) by almost 50% from a year ago - at least, that is what the chart is saying to me.

I think so. There is a difference between CRM and Customer Acquisition Management and that is where lead management solutions are growing in importance to high velocity marketing and sales channels like the Internet.
Some even contend that CRM directly impacts the convertibility of your lead generation and lead buys.
